- Job Location : Trichy
- Experience Required : 2-4 years.
- Should be able to speak in Hindi or Bengali.
- Should have worked as Customer Support Executive in Indian market for atleast 2 years.
- Operate as a vital link between the client and operations.
- Assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources.
- Play an important role with Client Manager to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
- Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered.
- Excellent Listening / Comprehension.
